Q. How do I submit my ride?
A. First you need to join Ridejudge.com as a member which is absolutely free. Simply follow the 3 step process. Make sure to limit your pictures to 100k. Any picture above this file size may cause file upload problems. If you still have problems uploading your picture contact info@ridejudge.com
Q. Why do you need my email address?
A. We require your email address so we can send you updates and information related to RideJudge. We also want to try to limit users that will use this site to post non RideJudge related material (i.e. porn, copyrighted, pets, people etc.) If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this matter please view the privacy policy or the terms of use .
Q. Why was my picture rejected?
A. The moderators on this site decide whether or not your picture fits the criteria stated on Ridejudge.com. The criteria on the submit ride page are merely guidelines.
Q. My rating and my vote don’t seem to match. What’s wrong?
A. Your score is based on your percentile ranking, which in turn is based on your average vote score.
Q. I know my ride does not deserve so many "1" judges, why is my ride rated so low?
A. Everyone has their own personal preference as to what ride they think is nice. Obviously, we cannot control human actions, yet we have taken proper steps to limit "junk" votes.
Q. Can I advertise on this site?
A. Sure you can! Please contact us at: sales@ridejudge.com
Q. Can I take my picture off?
A. You can take your picture off by terminating your account. This can be done by sending an email to info@ridejudge.com . Please make sure to include your user name.
Q. Can I revise or re-submit my rides picture, because I added new stuff to my rides looks?
A. You can revise or re-submit your picture by logging into the "revise account" section.
Q. You guys should add more stuff to the site. You guys should do this, you guys should do that.
A. We will gladly appreciate any suggestions to the site that will make Ridejudge.com more interesting. We are always updating the site with new ideas and contest, please check the site from time to time to see these new changes.
Q. Do I win anything if my " legitimate " ride is the highest rated on the site?
A. We are currently making plans to reward users with highly rated rides and will eventually award prizes as we become more established. Remember, The bigger we get, the better the prizes get. Periodically, Ridejudge.com will giveaway free stuff also.
Q. Hey, that’s that guys ride from that magazine I was reading. I doubt that’s even the users ride that submitted the picture.
A. We do have moderators that periodically check the site for bogus rides yet It is difficult for us to guarantee the legitimacy of every ride that is submitted. We will try our best to keep this site as legitimate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that this will happen. If you find that your ride has been posted without your permission please contact; info@ridejudge.com
Q. I lost my password, Is there any way of getting it back?
A. Contact us with your user name and your password will be sent to the initial email address you sent us when you first joined.
NOTE: If you send us emails with questions that have already been answered in our F.A.Q. section, we will NOT respond back to you.
