I used an old 12V / 1A AC/DC adapter to test the solenoid... I got sparks but could not hear the solenoid moving before cleaning

Use a something to cut the metal retaining ring at the weakest point

carefully lift the rubber gasket

and pull out the plunger (rubber gasket does not come off)

heck the the "inner diaphragm" seen from the atmospheric bypass port from the side of the plunger

check the the "inner diaphragm" from the top of the plunger, this i believe is where the leaks happen

I reused this ring with a zip tie and some electrical tape

205/75 R15 truck tires with the white lettering facing out finally (had a screw put a hole in one of the rears, opportunity to flip them all out)

Drilled out the fuel sending unit check valve. I can really feel the difference in the top end! Here is my estimate:
